Jenkins X

Course description:

Jenkins X is a new interface and chaining of tools that can automatically create and deploy continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines into any environment running a Kubernetes cluster.

Target audience:

• Jenkins users and administrators interested in expanding Jenkins knowledge
• Beginner and intermediate Developers

Prerequisites for Jenkins X:

• Strong grasp of Docker (recommended training: Docker Fundamentals and Docker Advanced)
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (recommended training: Kubernetes Fundamentals)
• Understanding of Jenkins basic features and capabilities (recommended training: Jenkins Fundamentals)
• Basic knowledge of distributed version control systems (Git Fundamentals)

Nice to have:

Required skills include running Unix commands, navigating the file system, and creating and editing text files
